"I have been contacted many times by insurance agents claiming to save us money. I have been overpaying with Farmers for sometime now without really an explanation. No tickets or points. Just the usual "cost of doing business" reasons.
Josh called me this week and I gave him the opportunity to provide a quote. The price was great and he took the time to explain things. Josh was very professional and respectful and took the time to help answer questions. Not pushy or aggressive selling tactics. This is a true consultative sales person. He has earned our business.
